We pack each item with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Physical Products (Books, Posters, Flashcards)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Because we are a small business, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please email us at: info@adesolaseries.com. Include your order number so we can help you quickly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t what you expected, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly:
- Send a replacement at no cost to you
or
- Issue a full refund
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if you experience any technical issues accessing your file, please reach out and we will gladly help.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you right away.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used books or materials
- Personalized/customized products
- Clearance or sale items
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Please check your bank account, then
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
